Natural Acne Treatment

Many Natural acne treatment are available natural, including diet, creams, dietary supplements and herbs. Some argue that these therapies are useful in the treatment of acne, but most have not been shown to be effective.

Although evidence is limited, some natural acne treatment can be useful in reducing inflammation and reducing acne breakouts.

* Tea tree oil. Some studies suggest that gels containing 5 percent tea tree oil is as effective as the lotions with 5 percent benzoyl peroxide, although tea tree oil might work more slowly.
